At Vakkerlight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase; if for any reason you are not happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the lighting fixture in its original box with all internal protective packaging, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center, ensuring you retain a tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
